About me

I'm Margarita Chechueva, a marketing and business development specialist. I've worked as Head of Marketing, Head of Growth and Marketing Expert, focusing on marketing strategy, digital products and international projects.

I've launched and grown digital products from scratch in Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia. I cover the full cycle: market and competitor research, strategy, campaigns, budgets, KPIs and financial results.

I've also led international teams, built loyalty and retention programmes, bonus and promo mechanics, and optimised funnels and marketing channels.
